the VERY SOBER weekend!

FRIDAY:
i had my first elec 2304 lab today =) it was on the HALL EFFECT! (i refuse to go into detail-wikipedia it urself!)
our lab demonstrators were two VERY FOBBY asian girls who i bet are VERY SMART but i found had alot of trouble communicating with us....
they were teaching in chinese =/ that lab probs had like 80% asian ppl in it anyway...sighhhh i should really brush up on my chinese...
anyway, the LAB WAS SUPER LONG!!! there were two parts to it =( AND WE HAD TO DO A WRITE UP FOR EACH PART!!! literally with an aim, method, results (WHICH INCLUDED 3 FREAKING GRAPHS!!!), treatment of results (PAGES OF CALCULATIONS) & a conclusion!!!
OMG SO FREAKING LONGGG!!! 3 HRS WAS NOT ENOUGH!! i could've dune it in 4 but i managed to rush through it =( sighhh there goes 5% =(

AFTA LAB, scarlett and I decided to go and eat coz we were FAMISHED!!!
we decided to be nice so we called up simon to see if he wanted to join us but being the popular guy that he is, he HAD LIKE MASS NUMBERS of ppl goin to his house to "hang".
so scarlett and i decided to crash!!!
we got to simons and luckily enough, the gate was opened =) lol
everyone was playing guitar hero...
ppl there included: Sago, stacey (msu), eugene, NJ, msu freshers: justin + david, random freshers: HAng?? & some other chick...i think there was more ppl but i really can't rememba who else...

anyway we didn't really do anything there so scarlett and i decided to head off to NB BY OURSELVES SINCE NO ONE WANTED TO JOIN US IN OUR AUROR OF KOOLNESS!
we had dinner at tea cafe...LOL MY SERVING WAS HUGE and i literally sed "im not gonna finish this" but i did...OMG im such a FATTY now LOL!
we saw meng walking by himself on the streets of NB wen we were parking the car..so he popped by and sed hi to us =) LEAST SOMEONE STILL LOVES ME!!!

umm but yeah...afta dinner i decided to do a bit of shopping in the ct =)
i bort a jewellery box + a foto frame thing that flips ova and has a mirror...very girly but CHIC!

SATURDAY:
went shopping agen (yes ive been having withdrawls!!) ...cept i havent bort any clothes in a LOONG TIME =( i did buy this really kool billabong bag from city beach! =) yey! lol its so aewsome!!! lol
i met up with my sis in the arvo and we had afternoon tea at dome! lol then i decided that i shud head home to get ready for tims 21st party!

came home, got all my stuff..and SPED OFF to ange's house to get ready =) lol her mum loves me =) LOL
we didn't take long to get ready =) coz we're kool like that =)
SPED OFF FROM Ange's to pick up paul! then drove off to tim's OMFG TIM LIVES SO FARAWAY!!! UR LIKE WOOP WOOP OF THE SOUTHERN LANDS!!!

i sped home =) and it was like 1ish am =)
so much driving taht nite =) i feel kinda pro now =)

highlight of today: PULLING BACK THE CLOCK 1 HR! FEELS GOOD TO HAVE THAT EXTRA HOUR =)

it was afta the msu vs Cs basketball match.
sago, stacey, justin & myself were catching the bus home and INSTEAD OF USING THE UNDERGROUND PATH which was designed for students to SAFELY cross the road! we decided that it'd be quicker to cross the road ourselves....

result: KATT WAS LEFT STUCK ON THE MEDIAN STRUGGLING TO CROSS THE ROAD whilst everyone else safely made it onto the bus!! DAMMIT!!!
sago tells the bus driver: "could you please wait for the retarded asian girl to cross the road?"
bus driver: **laughs**
well i eventually have to run for my life to make it onto that bus =( SO FREAKING EMBARRASSING!!! i bet everyone was staring....

INCIDENT TWO:
today sago, stacey, david (msu * fresher) & myself were crossing the road to the 3 service shop on adeliade terrace..and guess wat happened?
ONCE AGEN I WAS STUCK ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD STRUGGLING TO CROSS!!!
everyone had managed to run across without me =(
AND THIS WAS AT AN INTERSECTION WIHT PEDESTRIAN PUSH BUTTONS =p WHICH ARE THERE FOR A REASON...for safe crossing across roads...which everyone ignores to use since they're all so pro.... or jus can't be bothered waiting...
wat made it worse was that this was a ONE WAY ROAD...yes i CANNOT CROSS ONE WAY ROADS!!!!
anyway least david was nice enough to wait for me to cross the road LOL
i ended up crossing wen the pedestrian picture thing went green =) lol

conclusion: I CAN'T CROSS ROADS =(

my goal: HD THIS SEMS! its possible..if lionel can do it..i can do it...rite???


uni today was pretty normal....except i didn't turn up to most of my classes =) HAHAHA!

had elec2304 in the morning...i jus can't get enough of that unit =) i absolutely LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT UNIT! from studying it to sitting thru the WHOLE 45mins of the lecture WITHOUT dozing off =) i think i found my calling for life: ELECTRICITY =)

had my data structures lab aftawards in which i only sat in for 1hr..then i decided to go to stall =) HAHHAAH and socialise since i was feeling quite anti-social and the fact that my mouth had not been actively talking for the past 2 hrs (due to HIGH LEVELS OF CONCENTRATION IN ELEC2304 + data structures lab)! I LOVE TO TALk even if its jus rambling on about random crap!!!
stall was okay today...no one relaly turns up at 12 so its pretty dead so i dragged scarlett to a workshop with me =) i acutally understood most of the stuff =) YEY!!!

i ran back to stall aftwards to socialise with john loh, uncle yoshi, david (STAR FRESHER!!!), julie, lincoln and tobz (NEW FOUND RESPECT FOR THIS GUY! he chased two hott freshers up the stairs to sell MSU RC tix to!!)

i also found out that my macbk probs wont be arriving until end of nex week..HOPEFULLY!!!

in which i hope they will all pass tm =) i taught them how to FACTORISE!!!
apparently im a good teacher =) i enjoyed teaching them as well =) they're such good students that i feel so happy atm jus thinking about it =) hahahahaha!

hmm so now im home and cbb writing 2040 notes (note the lack of enthusiasm for this unit compared to elec 2304) so im bloggin wOOT!

got dropped off at simon's at around 9.30ish...we all walked to metros! AND OMG TRAIN STATION! DO NOT ENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its so freaking SCARY =( **CRIES** i feared for my life!

had a lunch thing with sis + bf's family! lol at some place near the beach! it was very nice! the weather was VERY NICE =) and it put my hangova in a good mood!
anyway i rememba eating HEAPS at that lunch thing =) and i had a really nice mango smoothie thing that TASTED LIKE A BOOST ONLY BETTER =)
i dun't rememba doin anythign productive for hte rest of that day-WHY? coz i slept =) so tired! lol i rmemba waking up halfway thru the nite ..feeling hungry =) and mummy LEFT ME DINNER =) YEY!!!! lol so i heated it up and ate it..whilst watching HOLLOW MAN at the same time >> FREAKING SCARY STUFF!!! FREAKED THE SHIT OUT OF ME! i cudn't sleep afta that..so i had to watch another movie to take my mind off it =)

woke up - cleaned the house THEN WENT SHOPPING AT IGA FOR INGREDIENTS TO MAKE MY OREO CHEESECAKE =)
this was my SECOND time making it =) u cud probs tell by eating it ..anyway...
i was making the cake thinking "hmm how much should i put in?" for each ingredient..HAHA I ENDED UP WINGING IT AND IT TASTED ALRITE LOL!!! hahah so i finished makign the cake and dropped it off at lionel's house and went shopping at carousel with my sister =)
then i had MSU FRESHER INDUCTION AT KINGS PARK! more specifically SYNERGY PARK!
all i can rememba from that is that i gOT RAPED BIG TIME BY MOSQUITOES! i must've lost like 1L of blood!!!

SUNDAY:

SO MUCH BETTER TO LEARN FROM AS OPPOSED TO THE NOTES! =)
i ended up napping for most of hte day ...BECOZ I WAS STILL OH SO TIRED FROM REALLY BAD SLEEPING PATTERNS SINCE THURS NITE!!!!

MONDAY:
WOKE UP! cleaned up room =) (AGAIN YES I KNOW =P im a clean freak!)
headed off to lionel's house for an ESGR session =)
we did assignment 3..which didn't take us very long...
not many ppl turned up...EXCEPT we were joined by TTMFH ange =)
we watched supernatual =) in which i found VERY SCARY and it dind't help wiht lionel nudging me to scare me even more =(
